Working on bringin the peak out more and getting more size overall

Going to focus on the lower lats for the next 3 months. Alot of cable rowing and close grip pulldowns should do the job!

2 weeks into diet and abs are coming out nicely. This is the first time ive dieted so once the stubborn fat is gone im gonna hold a very lean condition
