for me LOW CARB day = 100g (After cardio in morning and after weights in afternoon)
Carbs = energy so only use them as needed, if you dont need the energy then dont eat carbs
Measure how much water you drink a day, if you can stick to the same amount regularly and its over 4 litres you should lose some water which will definitely bring out more definition on you

Ahh thats the way, i tend to use the fish oils + healthy fats on my LOW carb days for the extra calories and energy for training
Stick in there im sure you'll be shredded in no time!

I supplement with caffine (2x day 200mg) + Green Tea caps (3x 500mg a day)
Keep your water around 4 - 6 litres, whatever works for you

Thats alot of training, i stick to Brown Rice, Oatmeal, Brown Bread and sweet potatoe for carbs and im having no problem...
ALWAYS eat carbs after training, and yea your def right with the smaller meals it will speed your metabolism up!
Change the amount of carbs you have everyday to keep your thyroid working and guessing

Personally im a huge beleiver in low intensity cardio first thing in morning before breakfast + cycling carbs everyday...I stick to complex carbs all day except i add some sugar in after weight training
whats your diet/training look like??
