ALWAYS eat 6 - 8 meals a day of good quality food. I like to cycle my carbs regularly whether i'm dieting or not + plenty of water everyday

The key is using supplements and vitamins efficiently by taking them regular everyday and also taking them at the appropriate time
I currently use: BCAA's, Leucine, Kre-Alkalyn, Carnitine, Whey, Tribulus, DAA Aspartic Acid, Vitargo, Flaxseed Oil, Multivitamin, Vitamin C, ZMA, Green Tea and Primrose Oil
I use these supplements/vitamins everyday
Also started using a high dose of Glucosamine and Collagen throughout the offseason to aid joints and cartilage etc
