I started working out playing football.
Why I Love It:
It's something that I have done my whole life as a football player. There is a serious difference that I feel when working out as opposed to when I am not. You feel so much better after a good work out not to mention the side effect of looking good. Lol
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching my body change is good motivation. Not to mention all of the people on this site with mind blowing progress and results.
