How I Started:
Took up weightlifting to add some strength for Tae Kwon Do at the age of 15. Saw drastic changes in my body and gave up martial arts for bodybuilding. Once bitten by the bodybuilding bug there was no turning back.
Why I Love It:
Love the results of hard work and besides who wants to look normal.
How I Stay Motivated:
A internal force from within that drives me to push my body to the limit.
It is like heroin to me...I am addicted!!
