Background
I've been playing sports and working out since High School, especially since being in the militray for over 10 years now, I kind of have to. Recently I started getting serious about putting on some muscle mass and having the right nutrition (which I know is the key) Taking care of my body is important; it's the only one I got. I don't really desire to get extremly massive...I like the fitness model look with a little bit of muscle. I need put on about 20 lbs of muscle and increase my speed to be ready for a NFL tryout and go from there.
It's a part of my everyday life and my profession. Once I start competing I'm looking at getting cutt enough to be in the Men’s Physique Division.
