bekah11 Hey! I am starting on your program tomorrow after completing Jamie Eason's live fit trainer. My biggest struggle is with nutrition, because I have food allergies. I feel like I am missing something because I cant have the dairy most meal plans call for, and I cant have whey, soy, or casein proteins. Ari1584 Hello, So I am just about to start on your plan but because I am Vegan(following the Plantstrong diet) what would work best for shakes My preworkout drink/snack has been fresh fruit or green juice with Chia seeds about 2hrs before my workout. should be having both a Pre and post workout shake? post workout shakes have been just soymilk, banana and BCAA powder.Sometimes i throw in frozen strawberries.
