I use High Volume training techniques, this is a sample weeks workout, all exercises are 4-5 sets with 4-15 reps.

Awesome man, keep me posted on when exactly you plan to compete because I want to see some pics from your contest.
I plan on competing next September hopefully. But would love to do a show before then, if there is one in the spring. Will have to wait and see.
