How I Started:
Well, To shorten the story i was tired of people calling me skinny and raddle me bones...So i set a goal to prove even the skinnest can get well built.
Why I Love It:
I love working out beacuse it's so fun it keeps me away from everything else and its always good to stay fit.

I look at others bigger then me and say im gonna work harder and become as big as they have.

Hey there i figured i'd update my blog. Anyways i started my cut and its going awsome. I'm using a celluor product as a fat burner its doing wonders. really helped me take some fat off.
Started doing cardio in the morning for 40 mins and cardio around the evening for abit the same time....
thx bro.you could go with cellcuor and the muscle growth stack, i cut fat while addign lean mass..check them out, I can save you money with them also..

hey man can I ask you a question? could you name for me th etop 5 magazines in your opinion for exercise/fitness/bodybuilding. if you were going to subscribe to 5 magazines which would they be ? those that inspire you and give you solid advice and solid inspiartion etc ? Looking to invest in some mags and wantot get the best. Thanks
I'm definitely serious, I'll look into it. There's a gym called premier fitness as well though. I'm into boxing and they have a training area there with speed bags, rings, and heavy bags. I can't decide yet.
Omg dude.. EXTREMELY limited. The dumbbells don't go high enough at all! No dips, or bench press either. :/ At least I can squat with the cables but its gonna be too light soon! I only go there because it's close but I'm thinking I'll upgrade to the Cassie Campbell Center... It's got everything but the membership is steep. How much is L.A.?

got new measurements! will post them all soon but I have lost at least 3.3% of bf% almost 4.1%!(right on the edge, give me another week!) down to 14.5% bf from 17.9 in 3 months! lost a confirmed 15 lbs! (18 must have been a scale glitch . lost bf in every part of me and got more proportional. pic vids and full stat up soon
