Well, To shorten the story i was tired of people calling me skinny and raddle me bones...So i set a goal to prove even the skinnest can get well built.
Why I Love It:
I love working out beacuse it's so fun it keeps me away from everything else and its always good to stay fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at others bigger then me and say im gonna work harder and become as big as they have.

This was a picture i took the first day i started working out
4 X 8/6 Incline bench Press
4 X 8/6 Flat Bench Press
4 X 8/6 Decline Bench Press
4 X 8/6 Dumbbell Flys
4 X 8/6 Weighted Dips
4 X 8/6 French press/Skull crushers
4 X 8/6 Close Grip Bench Presses
Last set of each exercise until failure.
should be eating 5-6 times per day. Try to eat chicken and rice a lot. Mix in some nuts and fruits between eatings. I'm sure their are tons of different articles on this website that lists menus. good luck. let me know how it goes. lates.

Lookin cut man. Good chest striations and abs are lookin nice. Let me know how the bulking goes. It takes a while to get use to eating SO much! You'll miss it when you have to cut again! Good luck!
