How I Started:
I was always into sports in high school, and realized that I loved being part of any team. It was nice to slowly get back into by joining a city softball league, and then working back into gym workouts.
Why I Love It:
I think kickboxing is one of my favs! It's the best feeling when you leave the gym after a full body workout and you are energized! It's awesome!
How I Stay Motivated:
My clothes. I want to wear cute and fun stuff. And knowing that if I keep up the motivation and workouts I can get reach my goals.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I have been looking at Body For Life as they have great nutritional recipes, and have a great snacks and meals for someone who is eating 6 times a day.

Garlic! I love it, so I make sure it's in everything! Well not everything, but everything that mixes well with it.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Sometimes it's really hard. I just remind myself how good I will feel afterwards. No matter how badly I may not want to go.
