I've always been involved in sports throughout highschool and college. I began lifting weights after I started playing lacrosse in college.
I didn't start noticing major changes until after college when I started eating 'clean'. From that point, I started reading and learning as much as I could about fitness and the bodybuilding industry.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I love kickin' my own booty:) I love it because ultimately it's between you, your body and mind. A chance to improve and better yourself as an individual.
How I Stay Motivated:
For me, the biggest struggle is nutrition. I could work out ALL day long I love it!
I stay motivated by looking at each day as its own opportunity to make changes and better myself... to make every day count. How can I make today count and make it better than yesterday?
And on those days that I just don't feel like pushing myself the b/f is there to give me that extra push of motivation:)

Every day can be considered an accomplishment for me, so this is what I strive for.
Every day is a chance to make improvements, push oneself further and take that extra step towards your ultimate goal.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
It's called the Lindsay Diet Plan. I try to eat as clean as possible, however I am not training for a show and I am human so a little food cheating happens from time to time:)
