How I Started:
I got started working out after I found a work out VHS tape of my moms. I then started doing the excersises and got a six pack at age 13. Since then I never lost the drive.

I want to get down to 8% body fat and be around 125lbs.
Goal (Long):
My mother use to be a bodybuilder and one day she showed me a picture and I could see this deep line going down her chest, and I said "I want those" (pecs)..Ever since my mom has pushed me to stay fit and active in the gym. I played soccer from age 6 to 15 and was on my high school dance team. I'm also a dancer and have been since I was 6. I want to push myself to be even better than I am now. I will be 125lbs with 8% body fat within the next year. I will never stop even when I reach my goal there is no quitting only maintaining.

What abdominal workout has worked best for you?
sit ups, you really can't spot reduce so for women getting those abs to truly take form is pure cardio.
