How I Started:
In high school I danced 10 hours a week and then spent another 10 hours boxing or lifting weights. I really enjoyed the rush and quite honestly, the gym is my therapy. I quit being active in college with a full course load and two jobs and quickly realized at graduation how out of shape I had gotten. In December of 2007 I joined a gym and got a personal trainer. I trained with her for 6 months and now I am on my own, but still going strong.
