How I Started:
I had problems with my knees so I started doing a little leg strengthening exercises at the gym. Now I work here.
Why I Love It:
Its exhilerating. I love the people at the gym. None of my girlfriends lift weights and i love being the strong girl. Being different.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't know, its never been a problem. I just love being at the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
Put on about 20lbs of muscle. Not much but better than nothing. Hope to type some here soon:)

Just saw that you use Dymatize whey, have you tried their Gourmet protein? It's a mix of milk and whey. The chocolate peanut butter is amazing.

I was the same way lifting heavy. I suppose I need to lift heavy enough that doing only a few reps pushes me to muscle failure.
