To become stronger, have a leaner body. To become 15% body fat.
Goal (Long):
As a runner I have been blessed with the ability to run whenever I want. I am not saying it has been easy for me but I can fall back on running as my comfort sport. This new found sport will allow me to reduce my bodyfat by 5% and become stronger and fitter. I want to be able to take my shirt off and feel confident about my appearance.
No one exercise has worked, I like to superset a cable pressdown with a ez bar, then a couple of sets of dips and then a close grip ez bar bench press.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I think it has to be the cable curl, with an ez bar attachment. I do super 7's to really make them tired.

I don't really take any supplements. I usually stick to water during workouts. Please let me know if you come across the perfect "drink" for workouts. I could use a little energy myself:-)

hi simon. daniel broke up with me. the wedding is off. cheesy as it is i wrote a small blog. I miss him so much. it happened during a work trip and I flew home early. I can't believe our 'last times' are things I didn't know were lasts at the time. I miss him and I love him so much. Take care of that woman of yours.
