When I Started:	Nov, 2003
How I Started:	I have a flat hip joint from Perthes disease and began training with Dave Maranelli (Mr. World & Mr. FL IFBB Pro)to strengthen it, which he has immensely helped. He also thought I had a great shape and suggested that I begin to compete...so I did and Love it!
Why I Love It:	Staying in great shape...being healthy...having fun...how could I not???
How I Stay Motivated:	My mom who recently past away from colon cancer (RIP Mom), my trainer Dave Maranelli, my boyfriend, and being at the gym or competitions seeing everyone else in shape!
BB Accomplishments:	Winning Competitions & Having Fun While Doing It!

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?

Be patient..big changes don't happen overnight, but don't give up because the work is worth the future outcome =)

Do you currently have a workout partner?

Yes

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?

My trainer, Dave Maranelli, is my workout partner twice a week. And then my IPod is my partner any other day lol..it's nice to switch from talking and music.
