How I Started:
I'm tired of looking skinny and i want to get faster becasue im a runner. Im long distance but i want to look better and be stronger.
Why I Love It:
I love doing it because i feel great doing it! I can just let go for however long i work out and just forget about all my crap and just let out all my stress through lifting and running.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing pics of people who have made big changes in their bodies like xNick Edgex. Basically I'm getting tired of being so skinny.

Fellow bodyspace members i am starting my first mass gainer tomorow. I'm excited it came three days early so it suprised the crap out of me. I'm ready for this challenge of getting on a strict diet and workout schedule. This should be easier since i wont be sitting inside of a high school all...
I was thinking. You're trying to put on some mass right? Well the best exercises for mass would be the bench press, squats, rows, and deadlifts. I think if you performed those exercises constantly with heavy weight, you'd start to get big. You pretty cut already!

Yeh i was checking out a weight gainer, had 2200 calories, 437 carbs, 74 grams of protein, plus other nutrients and stuff... only 3 grams of fat. It's like 33 bux, or 34... Think I'll get it.
I was approached by photographers when competing in natural bodybuilding. I then built a portfolio, then promoted myself as well as continued winning competitions. And from there I went on to compete with FAME (www.bodyproud.org) as a fitness model. And from there things took off. I am now a Pro Fitness Model and in a few months I'll be a celebrity!
