Kind of cool that my goal date and my goal have a lot of 0's, 1's, and 3's... :) I became vegan in December, and I have successfully lost 25 lbs without working out. It just happened because I stopped eating ice cream, butter, and cheese. Those things had taken over my life sadly. I was more than happy to let them go, though.
