I've had 2 babies in the past 2 years, and now I am gung-ho and ready to get back at it!
I'm looking forward to the challenge of losing the fat, but I am really looking forward to watching my body transform while lifting! I've never had real definition to any of my muscles, so I'm excited to see what I can achieve on my own.

I want to get into "Oxygen Cover Shape" by the time I turn 30, which is a little less than a year and a half away. I SO know it's possible... so many women on here have inspired me, and proven to me that it's possible to look EVEN better AFTER having babies!
I'm not setting a weight goal, however I may set a BF goal soon. I have to do this MY way.

I've been struggling... there. I admitted it! That's supposed to make me feel better, I've been told. I've simply lost ALL motivation and drive to workout, or count cals anymore. And, until this AM, I wasn't sure why. Then it hit me! DH has started working out, and has been doing so...
Thanks for your input. That is scary, I am hoping mine isn't so serious. It is actually feeling a little bit better from avoiding squats and deadlifts. I see a sports med massage therapist tomorrow, hopefully she can gage what is going on. Injuries are annoying....

For a quick meal, i toast 1/2 a multi-grain english muffin and mix one can of chix (i drain it and rinse it to get rid of some sodium) and mix it w/ a bit of fat free miracle whip and put it on the eng. muffin.

Good stuff to hear! Everybody responds differently, listening to your body and doing it your way is the best way! How long do you typically stay with the same routine before changing it up?
Yeah, I know what u mean!! this time of year sucks cuz its just not warm enuff yet! Go try on a few swimsuits and take a pic - that'll motivate you! get some self-tanner, thats helping me
! and as it gets warmer u may lose a little bit too - i usually go down about 5 lb's when it gets warmer.
I try to stay on track but I have to tell you going home for the month that i did was horrible on my goals. Then it took me about two weeks to jump back on the band wagon. Girl keep up the good work...do anything fun the weekend?
