I´m tired of being in the pudding club!!Looking at myself is really depressing.Feeling uncomfortable with my body is the main reason why I want to change.

Doing good here. I took like a three week break from the gym because my joints where hurting sooooo bad. But im back now. Its amazing how weak i got on my break!!! Are you going to post some new pics?

Im believing more heavily in pre visualization all the time. Moving the heavy weight, nailing the 350 pound squat. Visualizing eating right. I think if you can believe you can do it, you will. But Glimpse of the Kitty is a good start!
I would find a good trainer to get you started on a routine. 1 like Whole Body 2-3 times a week to get started because it gets you doing a lot of different movement and shocks your bod into growth and recovery. Do take it slow and take care. Best Rob
