This pic was taken almost a month before giving birth to my second son.I gained alot!
so that is it,no more cake for me!I really need to loose this fat and tighten this deformed body!

Its been a while since I ve last been here and its been even longer since the last workout.Last autumn I had an uterussurgery and shortly after that I had 2 prolapsed intervertebral discs+spondylolitheses+a majorly pinched in nerve,this alone took month to recover and now Im starting at...

Doing good here. I took like a three week break from the gym because my joints where hurting sooooo bad. But im back now. Its amazing how weak i got on my break!!! Are you going to post some new pics?

Liebes Sarahlein, habe gerade erst Deinen Kommentar gelesen. Nun ja, an meinem Gewicht kannst Du ablesen, dass auch ich nicht wirklich vorankomme :S Ein stetes Auf und Ab. Heute habe ich aber Probeunterricht bei einem Ex-Weltmeister im Gewichtheben ;) Ganz viele Grüße von Deiner Ruthi.

Im believing more heavily in pre visualization all the time. Moving the heavy weight, nailing the 350 pound squat. Visualizing eating right. I think if you can believe you can do it, you will. But Glimpse of the Kitty is a good start!

Determination conquers all, get pissed and use it in the gym, you'll be suprised at the outcome. You need any help just let me know.

I would find a good trainer to get you started on a routine. 1 like Whole Body 2-3 times a week to get started because it gets you doing a lot of different movement and shocks your bod into growth and recovery. Do take it slow and take care. Best Rob
