After moving from school to school, i eventually couldnt compete in the desired sprorts,i decided to pick up weight-lifting.Started really "gett'n it" around the end of 06'
Why I Love It:
Theres nothing better than after workin' out how you feel and the sore-ness you get. And plus i get to look good for my woman,lol.
How I Stay Motivated:
The desire to not fall off,and always stayin fit keeps me motivated. Plus,the fact that over 50% of Americans are "over weight"..

Throughout most of my life i had been the "skinny" one,of course i was in shape and very lean but still SKINNY. I picked up baseball as a young'n and as you know size really isnt important in that sport.Also i picked up wrestling and thats where i started needing my size and all that good stuff. I then picked up track and cross country and realized i would accel in that area so i quit all my other sports and really focused on track and field,and as you know,gaining weight can be a real tuffy in that sport. After a few years of TnF i had to move schools and then wasnt allowed to compete,so i picked up weight training as a class in late 05 early 06 and thats where it started.I weighed aroun 125-30 lbs when i started. Ive since then gained about 60 lbs.
Now Im 5'10 at 205 lbs and im cutting back down to about 190 lbs but staying solid....
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 9 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
6%

So i've finally broken 205 lb in weight . and Now ive decided to go ahead and get rid of the excess fat and try my best to trim down to about 190 but stay solid and ripped. Im doin sum cardio and really focusing of HIT training. Wish me luck
you are pretty thick already so with your size trying to put on more weight may lead to developing some love handles until you are ready to cut.
