front squats(155 for 8), rotational jump squats, rotational step up as a circuit
leg press: heavy, six plates each 4 sets of 8 reps
single leg romanian deadlift w 60lb dumbbells with plank to leg raises
cable squat to abduction with hip adduction superset
single leg hamstring curls
calf presses (gastroc)
Upper body today: (4 sets of 4 for strength, 4 sets of 10 power)
hi-low plank and plyo inchworms
pullups with overhead ball toss
weighted dips(45 pound plate) with plyometric pushups
1 arm snatches (45 db)
T Bar Row (2 plates) with scoop toss
