Trying something new...again (3rd program this year)...
2012
1st 12 weeks (Jan-Mar): Worked with a trainer who's never trained a girl. It was obvious.
2nd 10 weeks (Apr-Jun): Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer
3rd 12 weeks (Jun-Aug): Working with an IIFMM guy and pwerlifter guy.
4th 12 weeks (Sep-Present): Working with Jason at Cocoon Fitness --> LOVE the way my body is transforming! Never felt better!

This is going to be tricky...
I was apparently not eating enough for the first 9 months of 2012. This completely jacked up my metabolism, health, and energy levels. Since being with Jason at Cocoon Fitness, that has all changed.
