Background
It's a LONGGG story...I could minimize, but I'd be telling the partial truth then.
It keeps the body healthy. I am able to encourage others that are stuggling in this field. But one thing we should remember is that the figure is not everything. I've been quite bugged getting messages and seeing so many that long to be like this or that. It's a great goal, stick to it. But physique isn't the greatest thing in life. Remember that!

Light Cardio and Crunches (Rest day)

Prone Leg Curl
Bench Press
Hamstring Extension
Pec Fly
Hip Abduction
Decline Press
Hip Adduction
Incline Press
Ab Work (3 min variation routine)
Friday
Row Machine Cardio/Bike/LSD (Long Slow Distance) Jog
Carb up the night before to have energy for the cardio
