It's a LONGGG story...I could minimize, but I'd be telling the partial truth then.
Why I Love It:
It keeps the body healthy. I am able to encourage others that are stuggling in this field. But one thing we should remember is that the figure is not everything. I've been quite bugged getting messages and seeing so many that long to be like this or that. It's a great goal, stick to it. But physique isn't the greatest thing in life. Remember that!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have people in my life that keep me straight. A few competitors are always alongside me for support. Sometimes family, friends, church members, and even random people from a million miles away have my back. But most of all, I would have NO motivation without God and the love... That's all I'm gonna say.

Why or why not?
It helps to keep me focused on my goals. If I speak my goals out, it's in the air. So I feel more obligated to work for them than if I just kept it all to myself!

I am doing good hitting the gym 3-5 days a week both weight and cardio . I am loving it Hey I put up new pics a few weeks ago so I was hoping you could look at them and tell me what you think . I am still trying to lean down getting much closer to my ripped physique goal I think. How are ya? I am sorry it took so long to get back to you .
