Overall Goal: HAVE FUN! Check out my personal website: www.andrebland.com
Fit Status:
I'm may not be the biggest, or the strongest! I may not have the best diet, or the most symmetry! I do have faith that I will reach my goal!
It's a LONGGG story...I could minimize, but I'd be telling the partial truth then.
Why I Love It:
I like knowing that I will be there as a support for others through my personal fitness goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is within. It's like a flame that cannot be put out! If there was no pain involved, then I guess I'm doing something wrong. Anything is possible for those who believe! You can achieve your goals if you pray and stay focused! ;)
BB Accomplishments:
I have many! My major ones:
2008 NASF American Challenge National YM Bodybuilding Champion
2008 OCB Yorton Cup National Jr Bodybuilding Champion
2009 FAME Jr World Bodybuilding Champion (& 2nd Adv Fitness Model)
2009 Model America Mountain Pride Fitness Model Runner-Up
2009 NPC VA/DC State Men's Open Lightweight Champion
FAME/WNSO Pro Fitness Model
2009 FAME International Pro Fitness Model Champion
I am not here to show anybody up! I could care less about it!

Goal (Long):
"All I can do is my best, and hope it's enough to win it all!"
Plain and simple. I've been competitively bodybuilding since November of 2007. As of now, my goals are to gain more exposure, learn as much as I can, and impact the lives of those around me for the better! ...:PERIOD:...
There is nothing wrong with struggling to reach a goal as long as you continue to put forth full effort!
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
It helps to keep me focused on my goals. If I speak my goals out, it's in the air. So I feel more obligated to work for them than if I just kept it all to myself!

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Progress takes patience. If results came easy, everybody would work for it!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Why I like this video: It is an amazing posing routine! Great symmetry, stacked with mass...possibly steriod usage though :( and he does the robot while posing...
I'm on an Advanced Lifting Routine!
The purpose is mass gain!
This is a sample of what I do...no weights included! It's much more complicated. I also change the routine every 10 to 12 weeks!
Day 1 (Monday):
Recovery: 1 min
Deadlift
Weighted Wide Grip Pullups
Back Squat
Narrow Grip...
Well done, brother. How was that experience? What did you decide about the NY thing? I remember you're writing that you had another option--I think. Old guy brain!
someone once said, "if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain be thrown into the sea...and it would." faith is monumental. you'll reach your goal.
