How I Started:
I started working out with a passion in fitness in a somewhat successful attempt to set school records everywhere. I was a small guy. I hit my growth spirt late. And I was always told I couldn't do this or that. In conjuction with that, I began working out mainly for wrestling. I wrestled in college, but it was NOT working out! Then my life took a U-turn. I started bodybuilding via my mom and some NASF officials. There's so much to it! And the story is still going on.
Why I Love It:
I love to stay healthy, stay fit, and have fun!
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is within. It's like a flame that cannot be put out! If there was no pain involved, then I guess I'm doing something wrong. Anything is possible for those who believe! You can achieve your goals if you pray and stay focused! ;)

Yes
Why or why not?
It helps to keep me focused on my goals. If I speak my goals out, it's in the air. So I feel more obligated to work for them than if I just kept it all to myself!

I am not sure yet. I really just got into this so I am trying to figure out what federation I want to go with. I do not want to use any enhancements and still want to keep a feminine physique. Good luck with your comp and keep me posted! You look great!

Doin pretty well with the goals. Thanks for asking. Now I'm just gearing up for a few shows in the spring. The challenge now is to not get too fat in the offseason. I am debating on whether to stick to Bodybuilding or switch to Figure. How are you doing? Not that I've ever seen you look "bad" in any of the pics. :)
