How I Started:
Began training/dieting to lose body fat. I suddenly fell in love with the female bodybuilding physique and have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
A muscular/lean female physique is a living work of art. I love not only the dedication and discipline of this life but the power I hold and the attention I receive for doing so. I love going against the flow and chosing to be a leader in a world of followers.
How I Stay Motivated:
My body is my work... and this is what I am good at, this is what I know. The love I have for my work keeps me moving forward to accomplish new heights each day. Just now I'm moving towards modeling.

Oh yes the dieting is underway. And I feel great. My favorite part of the diet process is the craziest thing. I love when I hit the point where every possible food that is bland and boring like celery, that I don't even like tastes so good! It takes a few weeks but it's the funniest thing....
I have always trained depending on how I feel on that particular day. I change my training scheme frequently and usually always incorporate a bit of cardio into my program.
I love your motivation, if I was'nt inspired enough to be considered a mad man, your motivation and determination is enough to send me into overdrive. You look really great. You will do BIG things on the stage in 08'. Good luck and best wishes.

Man I been changin' up my routine, adding more weight and hittin hard all week! Yesterday was 4 sets leg ext+leg curl whole stack, superset with toe raises (whole stack) then ass to the grass squats (only 135 now) superste with seated toe raise; then pulley crunches and hanging leg wheels (raise with a turn)...Today, I just want to SLEEP!
That nice 'X'-frame is evidence of hard work done and dues paid! An optical illusion of a tiny waist beset top&bottom by well built shoulders, quads and glutes...trademark of a WARRIOR because you CANNOT get it by accident...nice work of art!
