How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6, because i definately like to go alot heavier than most girls my age. and usually doing it this way my body makes more gains.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
none at the moment. Because i am still trying to figure myself out and be comfortable and happy with my body. I wouldnt want any but my own. It is like a project

Ok this whole week we are redoing our maxes in weight training and I am loving it!!!!!
Yesterday was squat, I went from 135-215.
Today we did bench, I went from 115- 135.
I am not too excited about tomorrow though because I am no good at power cleans at ALL!!! lol
I am still workin...
