How I Started:
I ran cross county in high school and that really started me in up pushing myself to the limit physically.
Why I Love It:
I love how it makes me look and feel. I love the feeling of pushing weight, feeling my muscles swell up and my vanes pop out. Its a constant challenge to always try to eat better and lift harder.
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying to keep up with the big guys and looking in the mirror.

How much protein do you eat when trying to gain? I have been getting in 185 grams (1.5xbw), 244 carbs (2xbw), and 70 grams fat (~0.6 g/b) and still not gaining weight. I was wondering if I should bump everything up a bit, or keep protein whhere it is at and just up carbs/fats.
I hear you man. I just got finished trying to put on some mass. Eating tons of everything. It was nice to be full.. but after a while I was seeing my abs disappear. Not good. Getting some extra strength was nice but I'm really starting to just want to stay leaner than be bigger.
Dude, do you eat like super clean? or do you just have a fast metabolism? For me to even get close to abs like that I pretty much gotta lay off any kind of carbs, except after workouts.(which really sucks)
