I ran cross county in high school and that really started me in up pushing myself to the limit physically.
Why I Love It:
I love how it makes me look and feel. I love the feeling of pushing weight, feeling my muscles swell up and my vanes pop out. Its a constant challenge to always try to eat better and lift harder.
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying to keep up with the big guys and looking in the mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
Bench pressing 225.
That goal when I started Jan 8th of 07. I remember the first time at the gym I was benching 65 lbs and the guy next to me was doing 225. I remember thinking how cool the 2 45s looked and how impossible it looked as well. I was a giddy little school girl for a week after I did it.
Not that big a deal to most people, but thats what sticks out in my mind.
Cool! Swimming is good for low impact hey, your kne all good now? I am good. Chilled right back on the training cause career is taking over but still working out as much as I can. I know i will hit it hard in the new year once I step into the career path I choose. Apart from that all is good hey. and oh yeh ahhhh Summer is here in Australia so gotta lovve that!
i lost a pound over this last week.. pretty much due to stress and sleeplessness.. my new work schedule in the hospital makes it hard for me to rest and recover..
So I hear lol so I'm just gunna have to buy two homes one in cali and another one somewhere far off in the wilderness with all the amazing creatures lol
