22
Location:
Astoria, Oregon, United States
Occupation:
US Coast Guard

Gym Location:

When I Started:
Jan, 2007
How I Started:
I ran cross county in high school and that really started me in up pushing myself to the limit physically.
Why I Love It:
I love how it makes me look and feel. I love the feeling of pushing weight, feeling my muscles swell up and my vanes pop out. Its a constant challenge to always try to eat better and lift harder.
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying to keep up with the big guys and looking in the mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
Bench pressing 225.
That goal when I started Jan 8th of 07. I remember the first time at the gym I was benching 65 lbs and the guy next to me was doing 225. I remember thinking how cool the 2 45s looked and how impossible it looked as well. I was a giddy little school girl for a week after I did it.
Not that big a deal to most people, but thats what sticks out in my mind.

Before working out. I was about 110 lbs. Sweet hair huh? lol
I know I've never really bulked properly before either. I'm going to start in Oct and see how it goes.
Let me know what your doing. I just want to make sure I'm doing everything right.
so it looks like you're from oregon... good old astoria. yeah, been going to school here in portland and now that i've graduated decided to stick around. originally from hawaii... but anyway, thanks for the add. good luck with your goals!
Bleh I've kinda been off track for a while, so my weight went down again. I'm doing more martial arts these days which makes it that much harder for me to gain because of all the cardio involved with MA. I did weight gainer for a while, but I dunno it seemed like it was harder for me to get cut when I did it that way rather than just normal. And I only took one shake a day. Although that might have been part of the problem too, I'm not sure. Let me know how it works for you.
