How I Started:
I started by the looking at the Glamazon on RAW and wanting a body similar to hers. So i started to workout more towards the end of my sports season.
Why I Love It:
I love the adrenaline. I love how relaxed I am after i workout. I also love that feeling of confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
I tell myself that
" I hate my body."
Even though i actually don't. It keeps me going.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost fat. I increased my endurance in cardio. I lost pants size. Increased my strength and grip also.Getting more toned and losing body fat.

I took this when i was on my wrestling team and i was just getting into shape. I had fat and not enough muscles to my standards. This was after season when i was trying to get in shape.

I haven't hit up the blog in a while but i have some good things going on . I have got more toned . I can actually feel my abs . I also increased my amount of pullups . Since for so long that was the hardest exercise for me . I went from doing basically none unassisted to doing 3 unassisted ,...
