When I Started:
How I Started: I used to be a dancer in high school. Once I stopped dancing, I needed another way to stay in shape. My dad introduced me to the gym as a graduation gift from college (no more college gym to use) and I've been a dedicated gym goer ever since. My husband has shown me how to weight train for muscle growth, rather than maintenance, and now it's a way of life.
Why I Love It: I love the feeling of becoming stronger and leaner. I'm determined to stick to my goals and take my body to the next level of fitness.
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing results keeps me going back for more.
