I played soccer competetively and year-round from 8-18. I played both club soccer and school soccer. Mid-field/forward. In high school, I also ran track. I was a sprinter (4x1 and 4x4) and hurdler (100m and 300m). I began lifting weights in 9th grade to train for those sports.
Why I Love It:
I like the way I feel and look. It's also a great stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm very competitive, so I always want to do my best - physically, and I want to look my best.

My junior year of college, we had to complete a pushup test (max out, with no time limit) and I beat all but 3 guys in my class by doing 48 without stopping. That counts right? ;-)

Not really feeling the way my lower back/waist looks
I just want to be able to love the body I look at in the mirror everyday. I want to feel good and know I'm healthy. I'd like to have a body fat % under 20.
So for about the past month, I've been sneaking into my boyfriend's gym at school. (shame on me, I know) It's an ok gym - he's in med school, so he can get me into the gym at the hospital for the students and employees. It's not as good as the gym on the undergrad part of campus. So...
Yeah I just posted the pics yesterday they are kinda blurry though will post more at the end of the week! Im doing well though how is your training going?
