that's great! i really hope i can pull it off. i was outta commission for a couple months and haven't gotten to where i was in september yet. i was eating right but not working out. but just in these couple weeks i feel some change happening again. i have about 29 days to go for slimmer arms and no bbbf...i HOPE i can do it!

in the asian pacific- think Samoan hurricanse and storms! lol! it's about a 3 hour flight from the Phillipines in the micronesian islands. very hard to find on a map.

Yeah, I know but I gotta count down so I understand how limited my time is and stay serious. Especially with the holiday dinners and parties coming up! I think it was a good one last night, even though it was short. I kept my heart rate way up. Glad you went to the doc. Now get to draining!

Plans are coming along fine! Lots to do, packing and shipping all my stuff, working out, everybody trying to get together, holidays...going to Guam will be like vacation! i hope i get a chance to test my BF too. good luck!!!

oooo, i HATE sinus infections. i get them often.especially since i moved in with these cats---you know---the one that bit me? I love them but i can't wait to move out in January for that reason. I am so glad you got the meds!!!
