Goal (Long):
to be able to maintain a fitness regime over a long term.
i struggle with a multitude of hypothyroid symptoms. when it comes to working out and diet improvements i have always hit walls which point back to the condition. everything from illnesses, drinking green tea, eating soy, broccoli, cauliflour and flax seeds to taking my supplements/ meds and having interaction problems- all those things caused setbacks. it also causes fatigue and mild depression.
so i joined a gym. i started in january, but had a big setback at the end of the month. the setback revealed more info that will contribute to my overall wellness. in february i hit the gym again, more fiercely than before armed with the new info. and i've made it a month and a half so far!

Just lot's of BS. Tackling a bunch of personal issues. Then of course work. But at least I still have a job. Leaving the country? Oh, yeah, that's right, getting married. Well, you need to get that stamina built back up. Need some help with that? :) lol

Ya, It's kinda rediculous I fall asleep every night at 7:30.I did manage to stay up late on Saturday night though .It was our 21st anniversary..I can't wait to see pics of your special day.
aw sorry to hear about the fight : ( Those are a bummer. Glad to hear you went anyway! Sometimes going for a run after a fight helps me to clear my head and talk better when I get back..hopefully it did the same for you!
Hey Honey! Doc Said she'd not changing my dose still because ,even though I'm running low she is still concerned about a level thats to high that could effect bone density and create hair loss.So I see her again in Feb.How are you? Getting closer foryou.How exciting !!

been good, just soo tired i think it may be the weather- not a big fan of fall and winter seasons...I always tend to drag this time of the year but making a change this year going to fight through it...hope u can jump start your routine and get back into it asap!! still lookin stunning as always!
