How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by working out with my boyfriend and the encouragement that he gives me. I also stay motivated by keeping progress of my weight loss and measurements.

I think letting people know you are going after a goal, kinda makes you feel accountable for your actions. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Keeping any short of log, or journal or best of all what I call "fat files" these are pictures of you at your heaviest or unhappiest. Its good to have record to look back to see how far you've come. It can also be great motivation to kick things up a notch.
