How I Started:
I've always been pretty fit. I was in NJROTC in high school and on the PT team. I won medals for 1.5 mile run and for push-ups. Senior year I was PT team commander. I had my first child in 2003 and got into better shape afterwards than before but when #2 came along I didn't diet or exercise as much-partly for breastfeeding MUCH longer, for working more, and not having a babysitter to go to the gym all the time. I decided to get serious again this June and set goals to work toward.
Why I Love It:
The way it makes me feel afterward and the way I look. I just feel healthier and happier!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pics, reading mags and setting small goals to achieve. Also my hubby is a PT...he keeps me on track;)
