LilMagic Getting really frustrated...very little fat loss despite strict diet and added cardio. I guess I really need to be eating the 6 to 8 meals..

NupeSolo No doubt son I definitely believe in you. I am making every effort to motivate you because I wish someone did the same for me when I was college. If I knew then what I know now, I would have been a beast in school. Dont get wrong I was fly but the body could have been better to match the rest. I challenge you to dedicate at least six straight months of serious fitness. Once you see the results you will not want to go back. Good luck! Nov 28, 2011 8:23am

dm242 mine is 11-12%. i knwo the feeling tho, the only thing i cud say is keep lifting heavy and keep making strides with the diet and keep the ardio in there. itll tke time but itll come. thing is i done been thru 2-3 years o trial and error before i strted seeing what i wanted. i u get tired take a week off reevalute and get back at it. NupeSolo I cant stress enough your diet is the biggest factor. If you are not complimenting your workouts with a efficient diet I wouldn't suggest you take supplements. It will be a waste. You wont see results and you will write them off. You can do very simple things to help improve your diet and make them habits. NupeSolo Diet is 80% of whats necessary to be successful. Maintain a proper diet, limit fried foods, drink mostly water instead of soda/juice and chill on the alcohol. You need to up your protein to at least 225g to support your mass. Go crazy on veggies but keep carbs low and make sure they are complex carbs like oatmeal, sweet potatoes, brown rice, and the like.
