My short term goal is to bench between 215-225 by football season. Another short term goal is to run a 4.7 or 4.8 by football season.
Goal (Long):
My long term goals is to start Wide Reciever as a Junior. I want run a 4.5 my senior year. I want to have a 32 inch vertical leap my senior year. I also want to get a college scholarship for football.
On Monday we do Biceps and Triceps and Forearms. On Tuesday we hit the shoulders and chest. On Wenensday hit the whole back. On thursday we hit the Legs. Then take a day or two off. Then repeat the process.
