Lately my diet has been getting out of hand. Although I am not necessarily “overdoing it” or even at “normal” people standards, I have been grabbing an extra sweet here and there, eating out a couple times a month, and it’s basically gotten to the point where I have been...
Sunday: Legs and Glutes
Monday: 30min Cardio
Tuesday: Back and Traps
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Chest and Shoulders
Friday: 30min Cardio
Saturday: Biceps and Triceps
I'm glad everything is well! Even better still that you didn't lose your strength and you're still able to blow people away with those great lifts! Have you been maintaining or building now? I've been maintaining, myself...
we need to pull motivation our of nowhere and convince are selves of reason and purpose..just make ur mind up what u want to do for urself dont do it for others.....godbless keep up the hard work were in this together
Hey girl ur not alone
diet dedication etc is sometimes hard and motivation is sometimes hard to find because
there is much more to life then being ripped and eating strict..and sometimes other people is not enought to motivate us
the fact that life comes to an end reguardless of body fat and health also makes us look down and ask ourselves why we even care but we have to know while we are here it is awesome to get ripped and be healthy even if life is temporary..
Thank you so much for the add Lady !!! :) Wow! Check out those Guns !!! ;) Keep up that Great work young Lady !!! :) I also hope your weekend is off to a Great start !!! :)
