I've lost around 5lbs while Im at some training in texas. Ive also lost a bit of strength. They make us run in the mornings and its really hard to maintain my diet here, in addition to only getting 5hrs of sleep everynight.

the gym here is pretty good. i lifted from 7-9pm on monday and their was about 20+ people the whole time. only bad thing is the dumbbells only go up 125.
