at the moment i am cutting so calories are 2700 per day at the moment, and i will continue to do a series of small drops till i am down to abou 2100-2000 in the last couple of weeks before my contest. I have to laugh reading a lot of blogs because i've seen guys writing that they are trying to BULK on 2500-2700 calories a day then wonder why they are not growing! Hell man, i'm half starving when i am eating so little! Off season i eat around the 3800-4000 calorie per day mark

Yes thanks :) well really it depends on how much your body can take. For the 3 day split i created i suggest limiting the volume to 4x8 reps per exercise, if not 3x8 will do.
training's going well man. i'm trying to cut so I've added cardio to my everyday workout routine. and I hate cardio, so it's a hell ride. are you hitting the iron hard? taking supplements?
