I've started browsing a few of the body blogs lately. Since I haven't yet started a log, I thought I might at least activate my blog.

I Had lifted on and off over the years. Started getting more serious and had a goal to bench 300 and dunk a basketball before I got too old (I'm in my 40s)....

My main goal is strength, but I also want to be well built. I'm doing an upper/lower split, but do some core work and traps/neck on the lower days to balance the time...
