I have been active most of my life, and involved in a lot of different activities. Once out of high school I had to find other ways to stay fit!
Why I Love It:
I love the way your stress seems to disappear. Plus, being sore is the best feeling in the world - you know you are getting somewhere!
How I Stay Motivated:
I work in a place where fitness is a lifestyle and team support is readily available. Plus, I have a competition I am getting ready for! I am getting on stage no matter what, so I might as well look my best...Right???
BB Accomplishments:
So far... increasing my squat and bench! Still working for more!!

Pretty good, im kinda in the same boat, Im getting over 2 broken ribs so I cant hit the gym as hard as id like. It's pretty sad. When do you start new hires again?
yea I can imagine, it must be rough. I'm doin ok, workin in the hot ass desert 14 hrs a day 6 days a week and still tryin to get ready for competition. keep up your hard work and your determination. those are two qualities that are hard to find. I'm sure they will take you a long way.

japan is treating me well i'm actually on an island off japan called ie shima. i have internet here and we usually go back to okinawa on the weekends if we don't have operations, a But i was on light duty for the last month and a half and now i'm back to full duty able to work out in th gym i have a goal i can reach now. bench 250 clean 260 curl 90 squat 300. i was wonderingif you have a yahoo id.
