Overall Goal: I need to get out of this rut. My weight was over 350 for the first time in my life and it sucked. After 8 months of dieting and hard work my weight is 290 and I have built much muscle. Now to keep going

Goal (Long):
Lose my belly and continue to workout at this level. I also have my second son on the way and want to enjoy both of their lives with my wife.
Well one of the thing s i like to do is take constant pictures of myself. This helps me to be visually aware of my day to day changes. THe results may not be visible to you because you maybe expecting something radical. But if you are on a constant training and diet regiment, then the changes are there. try taking a picture of yourself every 2 weeks or so and compare them.
