How I Started:
I started working out in High School for football. I continued in College for Rugby and personal goals. Since that time I have fallen completely off the wagon as far as working out and taking care of myself. I am now trying to not only get in shape but eventually set goals that will help me reach the best shape of my life.
Why I Love It:
It's healthy, fun, and makes motivated and successful in every other aspect of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:

If you would like to achieve your fitness goals possibly sooner than you thought I recommend you look into the 12 week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. You will need to challenge yourself to achieve great results but I believe they will be well worth the effort. Let us know if you would like more info.
