My current short term goal is to get from 23% BF down to 17% by the end of September.
Goal (Long):
Since I was in high school and even younger I was blessed with good genetics and a great frame. After college I started to let it slip and even more so since getting married last year. My 1 year goal is to cut 10% body fat, reach 210lbs and increase my strength on weights by 25%. Beyond that I would like to work on muscle mass and increase definition. I know I can hit and maintain long term 10% BF.

I want to LOSE 25 lb

Started playing basketball with one of my neighbors down the street a few nights ago. So far we've made it out every night and even encouraged one another to come back so we can keep fit together. Tonight we played some 21 with one of the other guys on the street and some neighborhood kids....
I’d love to see you take the BFL Challenge and really “knock ‘em dead.” You could really get some great results and I don’t see any reason why you couldn’t be a serious contender. I hope you seriously consider it and either way I wish you much success in all that you do.
I think you are doing great & if you are looking to drop even more bodyfat and get into excellent shape I suggest you check out Body for Life.
