Bent over bb row 3-5 sets depending on if its a heavy day or not
Db row
Lat pull downs super wide as wide as I can go
Deads every other workout 5 sets
Tbar row
and usually finish up with 3 sets of cable rows light weight concentrate on the squeeze

For biceps I do heavy sets no more then 8 reps, Standing barbel curl, dumbell curls, hammer curls, preacher curls. and a few last sets of different concentration curls. For me Heavy sets work the best.
