Fit Status:
I think I will just maintain my physique as is but lose alittle bodyfat because I do not want to lose my boobs. Not interested in implants!
My boyfriend started me into it. Love the rush whenever I pump heavy :) At first, I like pumpin heavy...now I like to pump, to feel the burn :)
Why I Love It:
Hate lookin weak, wimpy, and plastic! .........
Very beneficial for hubby :) It feels "grreaatt" having sex when I'm in shape - woohoo! Always love to look good....clothes on / clothes off. Definitely builds confidence!
How I Stay Motivated:
Kick ass music/wearin sexy clothes :)

Wow, can't believe it's almost December. My last post was in Mar 09. Yeah, I'll have to post some new pics up soon and I Will :) Just been pretty busy with school and work, which is taking alot of my time but I'm still pumpin weights so no worries. I do appreciate all the great comments...

Training is good! Hours cut back at work, but more time for full blown seesions and getting meals:) Right now trying top bring those lifts up and improve conditioning, having fun w/ using a weight vest on my cardio(well, not so fun but effective,lol)
