How I Started:
I started lifting weights when I was in 10th grade and fell in love with it and the way it changed my body, plus it just came so naturally to me!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I love to see how I can change and sculpt my body! I'm so fascinated by how we can manipulate our bodies to change them to what we want them to look like, plus its just a great way to stay healthy!

140 pounds and needing to really lean out to see my abs again
Not much going on yet, but I feel a little leaner with my diet being cleaner then what it was. Can't wait to see what'll happen in a month!!

I want to lean out to see what I'm working with while keeping as much mass as possible!
Goal (Long):
I want to lean out and stop worrying about the number on the scale. I want to get back into the shape I was a couple years back where I was lean and very muscular. I don't want to be like every other person and strive to be the best I can. I love having shapely arms and getting funny looks from the guys at the gym that watch the amount of weight I throw around! With my schedule slowing down for the summer I know I'll be back in shape by the time I go back to college in the fall!!

I'm so overwhelmed right now! I don't think I took on to much and that I just need to get accustomed to things, but then again I could be wrong. Just started college again last week and so I'm almost a week and a half into it! I absolutely love college, but on top of that I'm working two part...

Hi there thanks for taking the time to read my blog and leaving a lovely comment aswell. I tend to surround myself with liked minded and postive people who have a passion for bodybuilding and that enjoy life. I sometimes have people come and try to drag me down those people i tend to discard and carry on and your not alone aswell Have a great 2009 all the best with all your fitness goals. By the way those abs will be there just come training & working hard.
