I got tired of being tired all of the time. Everyone told me to lose weight and I did 74 pounds and counting, but weight loss didn't help. I need more muscle in order to have energy.
Why I Love It:
I feel so much better then I did with calorie restriction alone, though my weight loss has slowed significantly I am still losing while feeling better.

Ok so I hate the %#@! scale right now. My training cycle is officially over and now once again I have my week of recovery. Did I lose the 8 lbs that was my goal for the last 7 weeks... ha that's a good one. No I weigh exactly the same as I did 7 weeks ago. It's really discouraging;...
My goal really is to lose weight but I figure I can't do that with out adding muscle. I do this workout 3 times per week on non consecutive days. I lift to failure pushing myself as hard as I can....
Hey Holly! Great progress so far! I also liked your failing to plan blog - that is current what I am doing (planning out my food) as that has been my downfall in the past! Keep up the persistence in attaining your goals!
Just remember that everyone feels this way. That is why a lot of profiles do not have them. I wouldn't worry too much what other's would think of them. One thing I love about this site is people here tend to be more encouraging. You don't have to do post the before pics now, but when you do, trust me you will be happy you did.
