LOL!!! I didn't go to Reed...husband was going to for awhile. Not sure what the typical Reed student looks like...they would've never let me in though with my family's history of working in saw mills...oh well, I'm more than okay with that! I barely made it through the U of O on a scholarship LOL Are you from Oregon?
Hey buddy, thanks for the comment. I'm really pleased with my results so far. Only 6 weeks into it... Time to up my workouts to 6 a week, see what happens.

Thanks for the compliment. Living in Bangor, Maine, I have a lot of free time after work. I workout 6 days a week and try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. I currently following this workout plan: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fu n/krisgethin_guide8.htm and it has been working pretty well. Take care and good luck.
i try to get 240g of protein in a day... carbs around 300g plus. and at least 3000 calories total a day. and i lift 6 days a week. i just really stay dedicated to it is the secret
No...I entered into an 8 week upper body makeover. I like a challenge so I decided to enter. We are working on Buns of Steel now. I don’t think I will do as well this time but its been fun. Thanks for the compliment.
