When I first started, I weighed 195. A girlfriend encouraged me to go to the gym with her out of boredom. within three months I saw results, that gave me the motivation that I needed to continue to work out.
Why I Love It:
I love all the benefits and the results. It's rewarding to be able to wear anything and it always looks good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at old pics of myself & this site.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Meal # 1: 9:30
• 1 cup egg whites 200 cal
• ½ cup of oatmeal (uncooked) 150 cal (1-2 Equals)
Total: 350 cal
Meal # 2: 12:00
• ½ cup cooked brown rice 85 cal
• ½ cup green vegetables (cucumber). 8 cal
• 4 oz grilled chicken breast 200 cal
Total: 293 cal
Meal # 3: 02:30
• 4 oz turkey 193 cal
• ½ cup cooked brown rice 85 cal
• ½ cup green vegetables (cucumber) 8 cal
Total: 286 cal
Meal # 4: 5:00
• 4 oz. Salmon 250 cal
• 1/2 cup green vegetables (cucumber) 8cal
• 1 Slice of whole wheat 90 cal
Total: 348 cal

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Always set short term goals in your workout routines. eg, if you can run 5 miles shoot for 5.5 or 6 while increasing incline.
Some real impresive progress! You have gon from "o" to "o.k" to "snap my neck turning around to how you look walking away" Keep at it..you are definatly reaching your goals!! I do not use the stuff but from what I have ben told it might make you gain muscle weight which will end up eating more lard, increasing your matabolism, and makeing you look even better! Good luck!
